Thanks for posting the pic! Totally awesome! Love your blog- I’m a new follower! So smart to keep that shirt. I’ve gotta send you a pic of this chic suede/fur coat I’ve got of my mom’s circa 1960?!?
Question: how do you keep those clothes in such great condition? And WHERE do you store them? I end up giving away my clothes after a year, no matter how much I love them, due to lack of space. And i’m dismayed by the crappy quality of clothes these days.
OMG could your mom be any prettier??? You look so much like her! I love seeing pictures of my mom and I when I was a baby – so special isn’t it? They’ve loved us for so long. 🙂 You were a cute baby!!
What a hottie your mom is!! Like mother, like daughter – you look just like her!
I was going to suggest that it would be awesome for you to do an “inspired by” look before I read your previous post and saw that you still have the same top. Amazing! Now you MUST do one. haha
I saw this post before the one of you wearing the same top and I immediately thought I would so wear that today!
It’s really cool that you have your mom’s and grandmother’s things passed down to you that you can still use. I don’t have anything like that from my mom or grandmother and I wish I did.
wow, your mom looked great! You are so lucky you guys could literally wear the same clothes. My mother is much larger than I am so it was a no go in that department. I love seeing old photos like this. Thanks for sharing!
I losve these photos. Your mom was (and still is) stunning and you look so much alike. And you were such a cutie pie. Who knew you’d grow up to be such a vixen 😉
How very pretty! I wish my mom had saved clothes from the time… although I must admit in my teens I laughed at her attires in the 70´s i’d love to have some of them today.
You know what’s funny? When I saw those photos of your mom I was like, “that is really similar to the shirt she was wearing in yesterday’s post…” haha! I love it! Your mom was gorgeous… you really do look a lot alike!
Meagan, hi I’m a long time reader first time comment(er). You and your mom are both lovely, I see where you get your gorgeous charm. I am saving clothes, mostly shirts for my daughters to rock once they get older. Much applause.
