This was actually a few Fridays ago… not this past Friday, but the Friday before 🙂 But a good Memorial Day outfit, if I do say so myself… but it was my easy casual Farmer’s Market Friday outfit.
Once Summer arrives, we generally spend our Friday evenings at the Village perusing the artist booths and picking up our fresh fruits and veggies at the Farmer’s Market and then getting a bite to eat and then a coffee before walking home along the lake. Occasionally we’ll stay to watch a band perform, but it’s still a bit too chilly this early in the season. I love this little ritual/tradition we started last year but had so many guests over the summer, found it difficult to really keep it up. This year, guests or not, we’ve vowed to keep up the ritual and I love it. It’s so much fun living here, I am loving finally feeling like we’re slowing becoming more part of the community.

SO glad I brought the cardigan because it got FREEZING!

Happy Memorial Day!
* Hope you are having a lovely long relaxing weekend like we are!

Always So Sweet
Your community is very lucky to have you living there………..You always speak fondly of your beautiful area, and often mention local businesses and services. Great PR for Lake Arrowhead. Glad you are relaxing………….Kisses to Trevor, Randy, and Bebop, too!

I really love this! Also, seeing the change from heels to flats, it’s interesting to see people take on the new trend, like it’s a relief, we can all be real now.
(But still, I like to throw on heels even if my real life doesn’t really require them)

love the outfit! and rather pleased that you are loving living there and feel like you are fitting in. sometimes it takes a while to connect and feel like you are a part of things. i am still working on that in my life for the most part. LOL. jk. sort of.
