What I’m Wearing…

I can NEVER find a flattering one-piece bathing suit. It seems like a ridiculous thing to say, but it’s true. They are never long enough, or they smash my chest down or they make my waist look thick, or all of the above, but every year I look for one that may be suitable, and I still fall short. Sure it’s the end of the season, but when Lime Ricki reached out and asked if I wanted to try one of theirs, I thought, why not? This mixed polka-dot+roses print was my favorite, but I worried the cups wouldn’t fit right and again, that it would be too short. I’m fairly happy with it though {and the husband liked it too!}. I think it’s surprisingly flattering, even though I would like the cups to be just a tad bigger-on the sides. There’s a cute black belt that I wore on the back here with the pants, but adds a really cute and flattering waist line if you wear it in the front… i love that you have the option. I’m not sure I’ll wear it as a swimsuit as much as I will a bodysuit with skirts and pants like this {though these pants aren’t the MOST flattering, the suit style needed a really high waist to pull off}. It’s pretty adorable, and the soft/thick material makes it really comfortable too!
FYI: While it may look like I stretched the photo above, I promise I did not. They are both taken with my iPhone, which is why they’re grittier and a little warped looking.
