Now, as far as I can tell, it’s got almost zero curb appeal from most angles, but they always say it’s what is on the inside that counts, right?
This fairly typical mountain home looks to have been completely remodeled, or at least given a beautiful face lift, and decorated in a perfectly simple contemporary-modern to mid-century modern feel. I love the open floorplan and the stairs in the living room leading to the loft. The kitchen is also pretty perfect (LOVE the choice of striped marble tops and backsplash because WOW -simple yet stunning), and the light is amazing throughout.
The house is about the same size as my house but considerably more expensive and I have a feeling it has to do with not only the location in Hamiltair, a gated community, but also a tiny peek of the lake AND it comes with a dock on the lake… not a private dock, but a dock nonetheless.
