Title: Tina Turner “What’s Love Got To Do With It?” … this song just started playing on my ’80s iTunes channel but it was so fitting.
Oh man. I’m still having a bit of a hard time getting back into the groove of work and/or being/finding creativity right now. Everything seems rather trivial at the moment, but I’m determined to get back to “normal” as soon as I can, even through the random burst of tears and sob sessions.
We started talking about a new addition to the family over the weekend and the thought of puppies, or a puppy, really was the only thing that was giving us happy hope and making us smile, so we’re working on that 🙂
I’m not going to lie, this outfit is on the edge of age appropriate, even though I’m pretty covered, it seems a little young. I wore it a few weeks ago when it was still a bit warmer and could get away with it, but my skirt mostly rode up higher than in the photos so barely any skin was actually showing… an mostly the long cardigan covered the entire thing. It was fun to wear though; felt super ’90s.

* How lame was that game yesterday? I mean, go Seahawks, but they just butchered the Broncos so hard, the game was kind of boring. I thought Bruno Mars was pretty fantastic and fun, though I cried through every song thinking they were about LeRoy, lol. The commercials were okay, I had a few favorites like the Tim Tebow T-mobile ads were funny, and the Bud Light ads and of course the puppy and horse ad I cried my eyes out to. Which were yours?
