I loved the major minimalist white dresses on the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards last week! They looked so refreshing in a sea of floral poufs and sparkles. I think Jessica Alba was my favorite of the night in her strapless Jason Wu dress with a hint of bandage and sexy zipper up the front. But Jennifer Hudson looked SMASHING in her curve-hugging white dress and simple open toed shoes. These ladies pulled off classy with a hint of an edge seamlessly. Jennifer’s hair and bold lip edged up her look while Jessica’s dress and pointed white heels were edgy enough, she was on point keeping her hair and makeup sleek and simple.
I did love Sandra Bullocks’ pretty floral frock because it just reminded me of Spring and Queen Latifa always looks classic and timeless in her red carpet looks. She knows not only how to look like a lady, but to wear styles that are flattering on her body and that’s a win/win! She’s always a winner in my book, but it could be that fabulous smile. It’s so genuine, don’t you think?
