So last weekend I slammed the bottom of my left ribcage into the top of the bar top while dancing with my friend… and by Tuesday, I thought it was getting better -so I stretched and then unfortunately made it worse. So I’m swollen and have a lump and am still in pain and that’s pretty much how my week has been.
Though is seems rather unanimous that everyone’s had a bit of an “off” week, so maybe it’s the season change, or maybe it’s in the stars… or maybe it’s all in my head, but I’d like to believe that maybe something greater is at work so that I don’t dwell on all the craziness…
In other news, I’m hosting a Friendsgiving this evening, and though I’m moving slowly, I’m super excited to share the evening with a group of fantastic women that I’ve come to know and love and share this mountain with.
