I did this last weekend and loved it. It’s the perfect neutral shade with a pop. I think it will be so fun to try with so many different colors though… I love the metallic for the diagonal stripes because it’s thinner and dries quicker than regular polish and doesn’t always need a second coat. I also happened to get to use three of my favorite shades in one. Bonus neutral nail art manicure fun.
* Sally Hansen “Cafe’ Au Lait”
* Sephora OPI “Chestnuts About You”
* Sonia Kashuk “Smoke and Mirrors”
* Seche Vite fast drying top coat
1. Apply two coats of your flesh toned polish and let dry
2. Paint nearly half of your nail in your first metallic {or alternating color} at an angle & let dry {I did this free-hand, but you could use tape for a perfect line}
3. Apply your last metallic or alternating color at nearly half of your previous one & let dry
4. Apply your top coat and call it a day 😉
