Well it’s January 9th and already time to break all of our New Year’s resolutions… if we haven’t yet, because this homemade ice cream recipe looks AMAZING. It’s a good thing my NY resolutions did not include anything about ice cream because I’m dying to make this. And the best part is that you don’t need an ice cream maker… which is fantastic for me because I really have no idea how ice cream is made, but my new resolution is to learn, and I will begin with this divine Dark Chocolate Covered Cookie & Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream
