Like polka-dots, stripes, certain florals, and leopard print, plaid is one of those prints that is timeless and always stylish. And like all the prints listed above, can be worn heavily or sparingly and mixed with any of the aforementioned as well.
Sometimes plaid feels punk, sometimes it feels collegiate, other times, equestrian, preppy, and even grunge. What’s so great about plaid is that it falls into every style category and becomes whatever the wearer wants it to be.
