After only four applications of the Suave® Professionals ~ NEW Visible Glow™ Self-Tanning Body Lotion in ‘Fair to Medium’ I can already see a difference in my skin tone. It may be a bit harder to tell in photos than in reality, but my pale winter white skin is actually starting to warm up and I think I’m ready to switch to the ‘Medium to Tan’ now to really start building up my faux summer glow in the next few weeks.
The Visible Glow™ Self-Tanning Body Lotion is really light, in an off-white color, and has a nice scent as well. In fact, it’s not even a particular scent I can recall right now without grabbing the bottle from my bathroom to sniff it, which is a really good sign because my nose is super sensitive. So it’s pleasant, to say the very least.
I exfoliate in the shower with scrubby gloves and then apply the lotion to my entire body after I dry off. I’ve used it about four times since my first “before” photos and I must admit, I got a bit of a late start, but I’m amazed that I can already see a difference in my skin after only four uses, and it’s not orange at all.
It goes on smoothly and dries pretty fast as well and doesn’t leave me feeling wet or sticky, which is nice too. While I have noticed a pretty warm glow on my skin begin to appear, I have NOT noticed any streaking on my body {even on my back where I can’t fully reach} Word to the wise – be careful around areas like your toes and feet! I’ve noticed throughout my process that I’ve had to apply a lighter and more careful touch to those areas to avoid uneven color. I have some rug burns and marks from chasing puppies around lately, so if you’re not careful, color may appear a bit darker in those areas {see my feet burns above}.
But otherwise, smooth sailing and a super safe and easy way to get a nice warm glow.
