I didn’t know about the amazingness that is No Rest for Bridget until they reached out to collaborate with me mid-summer on a few outfit posts. Most often when I partner with a clothing brand, I choose the pieces that I not only want to wear, but that also fit my style and work with the rest of my wardrobe… but this time I left it up to them, and they really got it right on so many levels.
When I opened the pretty package they sent over, I was super excited to see that each item was made well, completely affordable yet looked expensive, and fit like a glove. A few pieces became my everyday go-to’s, like this black floral maxi dress, that I wore just about everywhere the last few months, and will still throw on a big sweater and a pair of boots to transition into the colder months, I love it that much. But also, this amazing floral fringe kimono {$42} and fun sporty LBD {$29.99}. I mean, so affordable and so versatile!
The next outfit we collaborated on, I chose myself. And while I do love the versatile pieces in this ’90s modern grunge look, I think I like their style choices for me better than my own {which is rare!}. So when they asked to collaborate again, I left it up to them and I am loving this floral dress paired with this sweater-sleeved anorak jacket! The combo just makes for the perfect cozy modern boho look, but both pieces on their own will work with tons of other items in my closet for completely different looks.
Though I’m kind of on the fence about the socks and boots, no alternative in my closet was better, so I went with it… Other than that, I really, really adore this outfit, so it was difficult to edit the photos down to a reasonable amount. Apologies for the overload.
