Unless you’ve maybe been hiding under a rock for the last month or so, you probably know about the Target + TOMS: One for One® collaboration, and may have even shopped the fantastic collection of products they’ve got available. Unfortunately, I shopped a little too late and all my favorites were already sold out {poncho + blankets, boo} but I did grab a few fun pieces for the husband, so he made out.
What’s amazing is that for EVERY #TOMSforTarget item you buy, they’re giving shoes, meals, and blankets to those in need. One blanket via American Red Cross, one week of meals via Feeding America, or one pair of shoes via TOMS. Feel the love of giving back this season. One-for-One. For All.
A few weeks ago I received this pretty red box in the mail all wrapped up with blue ribbons and when I opened it to find this fantastically funkily fugly two-headed holiday “Together Sweater”, I was GIDDY!
But I didn’t have anyone to share it with – – until…
My mom drove up for a random visit and surprised me. And since we’re pretty close to the same size, the sweater fit us perfectly.
We danced…
We skipped…
We walked…
We did everything together… but mostly we just laughed REALLY RIDICULOUSLY HARD!
Target has a good selection of ugly holiday sweaters, but unfortunately this one is not included. It may have been made strictly for PR, but I’m not sure. Maybe they’ll make them available since they’re so hilariously fantastic!
