Yep. Cauliflower.
Frozen cauliflower to be exact.
I know, it sounds crrrrrrazy. But, it’s my new favorite thing. Frozen cauliflower makes your smoothie thick an creamy, without any weird flavor!
It’s kind of a game changer.
Plus it’s a great way to sneak in some extra veg!
If you want the cauliflower to be a little easier to digest you can go ahead and steam the cauliflower and let it cool before freezing it. Otherwise, you can simply freeze it as is and blend away!
I kept this smoothie nice and simple, as always -AND I think you guys will really enjoy this one.
