I read about The 5 Tibetan Rites morning workout about a month ago and was really excited about it. Anything that claims to have natural anti-aging benefits {mind, body, & spirit} intrigues me and this ancient Tibetan yoga routine which is “a continuous sequence of movement” is said to do that and more.
I wanted to give it a good solid month’s try before writing about it, but the night I learned about it, I began with the spinning and got too dizzy to continue and haven’t given it another chance since. I still plan on doing it but 21 reps of each seems a bit crazy to begin with. I think I’ll start with 5 of each and work my way up.
