What I’m Wearing…
* Peplum bustier top from Asos {it’s a bikini top and it’s adorable and if they had my size in the black one too, I’d own it as well}
* Distressed denim pencil skirt by Citizens of Humanity {last seen here, also in a R,W,& B look}
* DIY Braided Choker in red suede
* Miss Vara little red bag by Salvatore Ferragamo
* Red ankle wrap d’orsay wedges {ancient and no brand showing}
* Butterfly sunglasses by 3.1 Phillip Lim
* Title: DJ Snake, George Maple – ‘Talk’… But if you don’t want to hold me, maybe I could change your mind, cuz I’m waiting, hesitating… all I wanted was your reckless heart.
First of all, how are we all recovering from the long holiday weekend? I, for one, am finally feeling alive again after a lively three night party binge and days spent partially sleeping til noon or later and spending quality time with friends and family. It was all worth it and I’d do it all again… and I probably will again this coming weekend, on a half-scale, because it’s summer and it’s fun and there’s nothing else better to do. And I love it. Hoping you had as much fun as I did.
This was the outfit I actually planned for the 4th festivities, but eh, it felt like too much work, so I wore this black dress instead with flip flops and a sweater on the sand to watch the fireworks, and ankle strap sandals and no sweater for the rest of the night {which you saw if you follow my Snaps}. It’s an easy dress to throw on and dress up or down, but this red, white and blue outfit is far more festive and cute, admittedly.
Happy Hump Day Lovecats!
