This was a few weeks ago when fresh snow still covered the ground, and probably an outfit that didn’t need documenting considering I wasn’t even wearing a bra, but as sloppy and messy and grungy as it was, I actually really liked it. It reminded me of the 90’s, when we tried so hard to “look” grungy with our youthful cherubic faces and bright smiles. And now, especially on this day, it came so easy to me. It was a few days into my big afro curls, as they began to mat and dread in the back and behind my neck. Which obviously led me to this Alice in Chains song {a favorite of mine, admittedly, back in the day} But really, look at his hair… a perfect mess.
I’m getting my hair done today… yay.
