What I’m Wearing
* Vintage gray wool blazer
* Vintage blue pleated long a-line skirt
* White jersey henley beneath
* Asos leather boyfriend belt
* Tiffany 1837™ Lock pendant necklace
* Sam Edelman lace up granny boots …last seen here {ruffle sock tip: find them in the little girls section of Target …buy the largest size and unless you wear 11’s, they’ll fit}
* Vintage leather back pack …I bought this in 1994. I was 17 or 18 years old and it was the first bag I ever spent {what I thought was} a good amount of cash on. It was $75 …Over the years it would pop up now and then and I could never get rid of it. I just loved it so much and had a pretty good feeling someday the style would return.

* Title: quote from the movie Election “…who cares about this stupid election?”
I wore this on Tuesday, Election Day …so I guess you could say it was my “Election Day Outfit” …though I didn’t realize when I put it together that morning how appropriate it was until voting time when three of the women in the room “loved” my boots and asked me where I got them. It’s always times like that when I wish I had a business card on me so I could really just say …OMG go to my blog and there’s a link & you can buy them right there {though these are sold out}. But I left my back pack in the car along with my business cards because who would have thought I needed anything other than my hands to vote?
Did YOU vote?
