A little spontaneous tattoo last week before “the storm” lol… which was admittedly, barely a “storm”. It rained for a day, snowed a little, but nothing really stuck. This is a tattoo parlor in Crestline, which was really surprisingly nice. I think I expected a tat shop in Crestline to be a little shady, but this place was awesome, and Dave was great.
I’ve been dying to get a tattoo for LeRoy since last January, and the husband and I still plan to, but this was spontaneous, and that’s my favorite way to get a tattoo actually. Too much planning takes away the rebelliousness of the moment I think… It’s small, but I love it. I actually am obsessed with it. It’s on my right hand, having more to do with saying “I do” to me and to life since my left hand is dedicated to the husband.
This is just a phenomenal magazine cover, Departures 2012. The colors, the texture, the subject matter. It’s amazing. I’m a bit of a magazine hoarder but this one has a place on my bookshelves by my desk so I can always see it.

Speaking of my desk, since I finally have a working desktop computer again and am in my office more, the puppies want to not only be in my office with me, they want to actually sit at my desk or on my lap – but they’re a bit too big for that nonsense, so Trevor just takes over my entire chair. I recently bought a cute gray velvet tufted settee for my sitting area in my home office, which I adore, but I thought if it fit, I’d use it as an office chair so the dogs could sit with me. It was too big for my situation now, but maybe someday.

Our tree this year… I was watching Love Actually, obviously #JustBecauseItsChristmas … well, and whenever.
Just a little weekend toasting with Ecco Domani Prosecco… it’s delish, though I prefer red at night, I was all out.
