What I’m Wearing…
* Denim overalls by FRAME – which are admittedly more flattering with heels {and when I’m 5 lbs lighter pre-summer -I always gain a summer five and lose it come winter. It sucks really, because I wish it were the other way around! But it happens every summer. My husband says it’s because I don’t like winter foods as much as I like summer foods. And he’s probably right… I always blame it on longer days, but I do eat more ice cream in the summer than the winter.}

My contract with Crocs ended at the beginning of the year, but I still stand by their boots for winter and these {along with my even bigger and faux-furrier version – which they recently re-issued!} are some of my faves. No, it wasn’t snowing, in fact, it wasn’t even raining, but I wore this a few weekends ago on an evening trip/walk to the village, and since I still have a bad ankle, crocs and sneakers {and Birkenstocks for summer} remain the few pairs of shoes I can wear that keep me walking instead of whining. It was a chilly weekend and it’s been hot ever since, but right now, as I type this, we’re getting a fire started. Oooooh come on cool weather COME ON!!
On another note, getting a photo where both the dogs were looking at the camera {and I didn’t look like a complete goof}, was nearly impossible. {they’re 8 months old now!}
