Peanut Butter Squares / No Bake Dessert Recipe

Bars, Squares, Cups… whatever you call them …YUMMIES!

1 cup Peanut Butter {I like Jif creamy ~ use your fav}
1-1/2 Boxes of Powdered Sugar {only C&H – I use one box, 2 makes them much sweeter}
2 Sticks/Cubes of softened butter
1 Package of Graham Crackers {only Honey Maid}
1-1/5 Bag semi-sweet morsels
{more or less depending on how much chocolate you like …I like ALOT}

Grind those grahams! I used to hand-smash them and it would take hours. Now I use the food processor but make sure they are not TOO FINELY ground. You want a bit of a crunch.

Put all ingredients {sans chips} in bowl and hand mix mix mix.

Once it looks like this {above} put your hands in there and smush smush smush

Smush it right into a long dish {I don’t have a better one than this, you may …whatever works} and make it almost an inch thick …really, if you like it thicker, you can make it thicker or thinner but smooth it out and smush it down.

Heat up those morsels and pour on top.

Spread out the chocolate and place dish in refrigerator for about 15 mins. Take out and slice them before the chocolate is completely hard …then put them back in the fridge for about an hour or so …till the chocolate is completely hardened.

Remove, separate, and enjoy!

This was my mom’s recipe until I stole it and now I make it for every occasion. Usually during the holiday season. Everyone loves them and you don’t have to bake!!! Yum.
