My original idea was just to easily string these jumbo pearls through the ribbon, knot either side, and call it a day. The pearl holes, however, weren’t large enough for my glitter ribbon to fit through and I didn’t want to spend all day trying to make the holes larger. So instead I went with a jewelry-making technique and attached each pearl with head pins. It took longer than simply stringing them but without too much effort. If you’re going for a more woodsy look on your tree or holiday decor, raw wooden beads would be a really cute alternative {even with the glitter ribbon!}… and they have very large holes so stringing wouldn’t be an issue at all.
