Are you still going conditioner-free? Hair in the winter needs moisture, moisture, moisture!!! If you are trying to combat static my favorite product is Alterna’s Bamboo Smooth Kendi Oil Dry Oil Mist. My hair is normally a puffy frizzy disaster but a few mists of this lifesaver and I’m good to go all day. (I live in Saskatchewan, Canada and it’s -9 fahrenheit today. Now THAT’S winter.)

i tried to leave a comment on the babble post but it wouldn’t go through for some reason, but do you happen to remember how much of each of the vitamins you took for the acne? I have randomly started getting acne at 25…it sucks! I am trying diary free, but it isn’t doing much so far so I would love to see if this approach would work.

Hi Jessica… I just take one of each a day and usually before bed. Lotion before bed makes me break out unless it’s a certain kind… also, if my hair is oily, the oils break out my forehead. I also use Proactiv, just the exfoliating scrub, once a day, it actually works wonders. Hoping I won’t have to use it for much longer if the vitamins do the trick though 🙂 Hope this helps!

    Hi maegan,

I follow your blog. My mom is a hair dresser and watches your tutorials. We love your style and go to you for tips! I wanted to tell you about Paulas choice. Paula Beguoin wrote the book ” Don’t go to the Cosmetics Counter without me” being in your industry you should read it. I use her line and her BHA exfoliate and my skin has changed from big pores whiteheads/blackheads to glowing and mostly clear. I have to say her line changed my skin of you wanted to give it a try. What do you think about using conditioner on hair? I have heard sometimes its better not to for styling purposes. Well this is the first time I wrote but I follow your blog and wanted to drop a line. Have a great day!
