You had me a fettuccine.
THE most comforting dish of the year is happening right here, right now.
I’m still in denial about the fact that it’s a brand new year. WHAT? HOW? 2016 is gonna be a good one, I can feel it. But if I’m being honest, 2015 was pretty awesome. Crazy, but awesome.
New Years Eve happened to be my anniversary! This year the hubs and I celebrated 7 years!
Awwwwww. 7 year itch? Yeah, I’m itching for this pasta.
So this year, we had a nice, quiet date night in, with a mega cheese board, giant bowls of this CRAZY good Fettuccine Turkey Bolognese, my favorite Soft Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies, and wine. Lots of wine.
Go big or go home. You guys. This sauce. It’s dreamy.
Loaded with spices and rich flavor that coats the thick fettuccine noodles. Perfect for face stuffing. My specialty.
It also happens to be super easy to make, because I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Especially on my anniversary.
But really, it’s great for any day, so make it tonight!
