I recently made a couple of fun banners to decorate our bare walls for Valentine’s Day with (You can see them here!). They’re inexpensive, totally customizable and today I’m going to show you just how simple they are!

You’ll Need:
* Scissors
* Letter stencil templates (these are Helvetica font)
* A pen
* Embroidery thread & needle
* Thick construction paper, felt, or fabric
Remember…
Trace the letters onto the paper or fabric backwards so no pen marks are visible on the front. Cut out each letter and use the embroidery thread and needle to string your banner, {with X’s or simply from corner to corner} then simply hang and admire your handiwork! The possibilities for what you can create are endless!
And… Voila!

Have Fun!
