Instagram changed their web layout and it’s so pretty! Did anyone notice? I may be the only one who uses instagram on my computer as well as on my phone? Maybe not.
Trevor is such a lover, he can’t get enough. It’s the sweetest thing ever. Randy wants it on his own terms, more like a cat. He doesn’t want to be grabbed or even touched with two hands – before getting visibly uncomfortable and walking away, it’s so funny and still blows my mind how different they are based on the fact that they are from the same litter and were raised exactly the same way. IT’S CRAZY.

I love living up here because not only are there distinctive seasons RIGHT IN CALIFORNIA, but because there are seasonal activities to look forward to too! The farmer’s market has returned to the village on the weekends, along with the funny summer tribute bands which means walks along the lake on Fridays. The clouds tonight were incredible and the weather so tropical… thunder and raindrops followed.

Sometimes the best distraction when you can’t sleep is selfies. It takes 500 to get one that’s even close to partially sharable, especially when you’re in the dark, tired, and wearing no makeup. But I fell asleep soon after posting it, so it worked.
Heart shaped yellow cherry… which I just caught the husband eating like a tiny peach AROUND THE PIT like he was a giant – rather than popping the whole thing in his mouth… and after posting I learned how many more people eat cherries like this, which just makes me giggle!
