Sonny & Cher: Style Icons

As I was searching for photos of Sonny and Cher for this style icon post, my focus went in another direction when I spotted Cher wearing a necklace that I own …omg I die!

Upon further inspection, it looks as though they are a bit different. For instance, I think hers has a couple more pineapples on the sides and they are a bit larger as well. I’m guessing Cher still owns hers unless she sold it for charity because how could you possibly get rid of this? {note* it’s called a Squash Blossom Necklace}

I got mine on Ebay a couple years ago just because I thought it was so fabulous I had to have it {although I haven’t worn it yet}.

1. Turquoise ALWAYS comes back in style
2. This is such a statement piece it would make any simple/solid dress pop!

Imagine my excitement when I saw it around Cher’s neck in the 70’s!!! .. love. that. shit.
