Spring 2013 Fashion Trends : 5. MAJOR STRIPES…

I still have a few more trends to go in my Spring 2013 Fashion Trends refresher series and this one is a FAVORITE! Stripes are always fun and black and white is always classic. The boldness at which these stripes are coming at us just adds to the fun and the Marc Jacobs collection was almost completely striped out, Mod inspired, and in various color combos {loved it all really!}One of my favorite shirts is a large black and white striped one, and I find it consistently easy to wear with everything and anything. In fact, I’ve worn it so many times, I’ve dedicated an entire post on how I wore it here.

I loved all the looks from all the shows but have pulled my favorites here for you, but beyond loving the entire Marc Jacobs runway collection, my ultimate favorite piece, hands down, is the strapless Oscar de la Renta gown {center}. I mean, how fabulous is that dress? I’d even consider it as a Summer wedding gown! Which are your favorites?
