Artist Feature // Unskilled Worker

Working under the moniker of Unskilled Worker, the London-based, self-taught artist rose to prominence via her hugely successful Instagram account, her striking portrayals of faces and fashion drawing a large following.

Discovered by the celebrated photographer Nick Knight in 2014, the artist was invited by SHOWstudio to work on a collection of specially commissioned portraits of Alexander McQueen’s most pivotal designs. Her drawings were the subject of an acclaimed exhibition launched to coincide with the opening of McQueen’s ‘Savage Beauty’ show at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
