I’m pretty sure now that I am indeed 100% affected by SAD {seasonal affective disorder} because as soon as the weather warms up and the sun shines brightly I immediately start feeling more like myself.

Our new house has plenty of windows and upon waking I walk through its entirety pulling back the curtains and opening the shutters purposefully as the light is so beneficial to me. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact that I was born with jaundice and was taken directly from the womb and placed under the bili lamp for the first three days of my life on this planet? It’s just a theory but as I watch my dogs follow the sun spots around the house to nap in, it seems only natural humans would need the same vitamins that come from sunlight. I am honestly thinking about investing in a light box for next winter. My poor husband. lol.
