Driving home on Friday via my normal route from & to the gallery, I pulled over in Beverly Hills residential to snap my outfit shots but as per usual lately, they came out blurry {my camera’s in the shop} …I had to post these two above though for the house in the background and to differentiate my neighborhood {below} where houses range from $500K-2 million to that of Beverly Hills neighborhoods {exactly 8 miles away} where houses begin at 2 million.
I’ve had this oversized white blazer for a while now but every time I put it on I feel like I’m wearing a Doctor’s coat. When I paired it with the tribal print dress and belted it, pulling the excess material to the back, it finally worked and gave a sweet & girly look as in the shots above in Beverly Hills {how I wore it to work}.
However, once I was home uploading the shots which again came out blurry, I quickly put the outfit back on and realized I could wear the blazer unbelted and not have the doctor look if I flipped the lapels in towards me. It had a bit of an 80’s feel but I liked the look. And with the pony tail {and possibly my mood for having to re-do my shots} the outfit came off as much less sweet. Isn’t that interesting? The same outfit but accessorized differently, with different hair can really change the entire look of it.
