My most favorite dessert recipe of all time. It’s quick, easy, fairly inexpensive and you don’t need an oven. ANNNND, who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate?!

- 1 cup Peanut Butter {I like Jif creamy ~ use your fav}
- 1-1/2 Boxes of Powdered Sugar {I only use one box now, 1lb}
- 2 Sticks/Cubes of softened butter
- 1 Package of Graham Crackers
- 1-1/5 Bag semi-sweet morsels {I usually only need about 1 bag}

Grind those grahams! Hand smash them for crunchier texture or use the food processor for a finer grind.
Put all ingredients {sans chips} in bowl and hand mix mix mix.

Once it looks like this {above} put your hands in there and smush smush smush

Smush it right into a long dish {I don’t have a better one than this, you may …whatever works} and make it almost an inch thick …really, if you like it thicker, you can make it thicker or thinner but smooth it out and smush it down.

Heat up those morsels and pour on top.

Spread out the chocolate and place dish in refrigerator for about 15 mins. Take out and slice them before the chocolate is completely hard …then put them back in the fridge for about an hour or so …till the chocolate is completely hardened.

Remove, separate, and enjoy!
This was my mom’s recipe until I stole it and now I make it for every occasion. Usually during the holiday season. Everyone loves them and you don’t have to bake!!! Yum.

Mmmm… yummy chocolatey goodness. I’m sure everyone will enjoy them. Your recipe images are really well done too, and I’m getting peckish just looking at them. I would’ve liked to see the beautiful chef taking a nibble on the yummies though – even if you weren’t dressed to the nines! Well, I’m guessing you don’t dress up specially when making chocolate squares… 😛

OMG! My Auntie Gretchen has been making these for years and they’re a family favorite! I finally got the recipe from her and have been making them for about a year. Let’s call it the year of living dangerously with chocolate and peanut butter! They’re far too good not to share! Happy Thanksgiving!

I don’t mean to be a bother…buuut how many ounces are those boxes of powdered sugar? I don’t think my grocery store sells powdered sugar in boxes. Or do you know how many cups you use?
Thanks!
