Recycle your Clothes ~ DIY ~Turn an Old Blouse into a Necklace, Belt & Flower Headband

The last time I washed this Forever 21 blouse, the arm holes shrunk up a bit {even though I hung it dry} and it was no longer comfy. But at F21 prices, I’m pretty sure I got my money’s worth. { See how I wore it to work here and here } But instead of getting rid of it {because I like the print}, I made a necklace, a possible belt, and a fab deconstructed flower headband and still have leftover fabric.
