What I’m Wearing
* 7 for all Mankind wide-leg jeans …these are ancient but oh so comfortable!
* Beatles “A Hard Day’s Night” burn-out T by Junk Food …got this a couple years ago in Vegas when we saw the Cirque Du Soleil Beatles LOVE show, which was amazing but “O” remains my favorite.
* Vintage Ralph Lauren blazer …seen here
* Via Spiga lace-up wedge booties
* Vintage rhinestone necklace and white gold hoop earrings
* Tom Ford cat-eye sunglasses “Anouk”
Not super-feelin’ it here …was still kind of under the weather and it shows in my lack of creativity, needing comfort, and general posturing. But I’m tryin’ 🙂 …and I’m definitely feeling better this week. Yay because I hate being sick!

* Eiffel Tower print by Leigh …waiting to be hung in my studio/dressing room 😉 …and over the weekend I actually got quite a few works of art up on my walls as well as shelves in our guest bathroom.
I’m so excited today because our art handler {from the gallery} is stopping by to hang a Nathalia Edenmont print {a flower not an animal} my boss gave to my husband and I as a wedding gift in 2006. Now, 4 years later, we finally have a house to hang it in. I am beyond excited.

I was wondering how you were feeling! Bleh I’m downish still too and this torrential down pour is not helping. You look beautiful and I love that blazer. Its so funny, everyday you wear a bit of a different tone, I think THAT is her best color. But then you do something totally different the next time and again I think the same thing LOL. you are gorgeous, as always.
such a super Eiffel Tower print! I love it!! And how exciting that your wedding gift is going up today!!! WOOHOO!!
Feel better 100% ASAP!! 😉

I love the vintage t and blazer mix–so smart and cool. You look amazing as always. That Eiffel Tower print is stunning, love the pink and black! I think I may borrow your idea and get one also–my 3 year old daughter is mildly obsessed with Paris so it will be perfect for her 🙂 Thanks for the great links!!

Ya, there’s a lot of that ‘under the weather’ stuff going around.
I had a horrible ear & sinus infection, and took it to Adam the Acupuncturist @ Acutonix, in Venice,CA. He sent me home with some herbs that worked better than anything I have ever tried before. I need to go get more.
…And that RL blazer is the bomb!
Be well.
Violet

I love that you paired such a fabulous necklace with a t-shirt. I wish I could get away with that here. Maybe one day I’ll tear a page from your book and see what kind of reaction I get. Of course that will be 20 pounds lighter from now. 🙂 XOXO

Really cute. The necklace and the t shirt reminds me of an outfit Mary Kate wore with a necklace like that and A Rolling Stones tee. I love blazers and tee’s paired together. Those shoes are pretty rocking as well.

Hi Maegan,
I was wondering if I could use any of these pics for my blog… http://www.myeverydaywear.blogspot.com/
I have been totally uninspired lately as I am on a shopping ban.
When I saw this set, it gave me an idea to try and get as close as I could in copying what you are wearing 🙂
Thanks !
