My biggest fear is something happening to my children…. like kidnapping, abuse, etc. I am totally protective, I guess, b/c of this fear. I have seen far too many America’s Most Wanted and Nancy Grace for my own good.
Those planes look like they’re in love!! I’m afraid of choking while alone and having no one to save me. I’m also afraid of driving behind trucks with loads of stuff on the back–I’m afraid something will fall off! It’s a legitimate fear, I think..
If I am alone, I am afraid of the dark. I don’t like not being able to see. Most people say they would rather go blind than deaf… not me. I’d rather go deaf than blind.
And I have a completely irrational fear of zombies. I used to be able to handle those types of movies. But after going through a high stress period resulting in panic attacks, sleep paralysis, and nightmares of zombies… I just can’t take those kinds of movies anymore.
Not such a great loss. They are only good for the awesome makeup jobs and CGI. The acting and plots are usually terrible.
I met a woman the other day who was afriad of sald cream. I’m very affriad of the dark, I can’t cross a dark room. And well done on being smoke free! xoxo
Bad people. I mean, sociopaths, rapists, psycopaths, manics and all these people who hate almost everything and just enjoy making other suffer. I’d rather dying one hundred times in a plane thant getting in the way of one of those. It also scares me the idea of my love ones having a disease.
I would say that I’m really afraid of heights (the threat of falling) and sharks (the thought of being eaten by one). I’m not the best flyer but I do it.
I am terrified of spiders. And I also share your fear of flying. Like one commentor already said, this Air France stuff is VERY disturbing! Congratulations on 3 years! That is a HUGE accomplishment!
I’m SO afraid of the dark. Not inside, but when I’m outside. I grew up on a farm and was scared a coyote would ‘get me’. Now that I live in the city, I’m afraid someone will ‘get me’. So, I guess I’m also afraid of coyotes and being raped or attacked. But I’m also freaked out by spiders, snakes, and most yucky things. I’m terrified that I’ll get fat like so many people in my family (thankfully I can help control that!). I think that’s it. I shouldn’t be such a chicken shit!
I am scared of water, the sea. I am not sure why. One day i was washing a plastic bin in the bathtub, and it started filling up since the drain hole clogged with whatever was in the bin, and i just had the biggest panic attack and had to run out of the bathroom to tell my husband to finish doing it for me cause i panicked so bad. It had to do with the water level rising. As well as i can’t stand seeing a toilet backing up and the water almost coming out of it, i panic too! lol
This one is pretty weird [some people might think] but i cannot stand looking at pictures of ufo’s, or watching videos that show ‘supposed’ ufo’s on them. I get major anxiety and panic attacks.
I’m scared of pain. I am totally frightened about the chances of getting cancer and getting sicker and sicker and not being able to do anything about it. I’m scared of things like arthritis and heart disease. I’m not sure if it’s so much the pain I’m frightened of, or the idea of suffering for a prolonged time. The idea of being in a fire is extremely scary.
This is going to sound odd…but whales. Not orcas, but bigger – like sperm whales. I know they’re gentle giants, but I have this odd fear of being hit by a tail while diving, or having one breech underneath my boat.
That’s what I get for having a SCUBA instructor/dive shop owner for a father…
I’m desperately afraid of the dark. I have to turn the light on to use the bathroom at night and it’s a whole two steps from my bedroom. it’s so ridiculous.

don’t remind me! I am flying to Canada next month and I always get nervous. Time to start growing out my nails so I will have something to chew on.

Oh lord, I am afraid of heights. Not necessarily flying, but being on top of something tall and the feeling that I might fall off…
…that being said, I’m afraid to die by “splatting.”
Also, spiders. And millipedes and centipedes. Disgusting.
