Framed Floating Botanicals & Feathers // DIY Inspo

I just LOVE bringing the outdoors in when decorating. I don’t have a ton of wall space but I do have a ton of plants in my home, which work just as well. But framed botanicals are quite beautiful and I love the way they float in the glass and create shadows and just draw you in. They look equally as pretty hanging on a wall or set on a window sill with actual nature as a background.

A year ago I found and shared these gorgeous floating botanicals as DIY inspiration and now West Elm has a ton of beautiful still acrylic wall art floating botanicals options to choose from if you don’t want to make your own. They’re not inexpensive though, but they are beautiful and possibly worth a splurge.

However, if you want to make your own, you can find simple floating frames at Pottery Barn in white and floating glass frames in black and simply walk around in nature, find and save your favorite leaves, flowers, feathers, and whatever makes you happy and do it yourself.
