I was sent this crisp collar and cuffs set by Anne Fontaine and they are just perfection! You could easily DIY something similar, but the workmanship here is just off the charts. My photos are a bit blown out, so I hope you can see them well enough. I loved them with the dress, though my sleeves weren’t quite long enough for the cuffs, but I can imagine I’ll be wearing the set with sweaters in the coming weeks since it’s getting mighty chilly already up here.
I wore this last week with bare legs and this week I’d for sure need some tights with it. The wind picked up a few nights ago and the only word I can think of to describe the feeling was blustery. We had our bedroom windows open and the curtains were blowing out like a haunted mansion, lol. It’s funny, from a distance, and since so many horror films are filmed in areas like this, it seems scary… until you live here, and then you just find it beautiful. Though I had trouble sleeping through the night. As soon as I think I’ve got a handle on my anxiety right now, it comes back again so hard I get fearful of everything 🙁 I have to take it one day at a time I suppose. gah. I hate it. My mom’s coming up again this weekend so I can hopefully get out of my head a little. Thank goodness for moms 🙂 {and really great husbands}
