What I’m Wearing
* Vintage black blazer …seen here with long pink maxi skirt in March
* Forever 21 sequined tunic …I wore this combo not even a month ago with jeans …it’s just too easy and lately my creativity is waning. I think I need to go shopping. Vintage shopping for sure!
* Leyendecker nude ballet skirtfrom GILT …and SOOOOO wanting this amazing sweatshirt by Leyendecker …it’s UNBELIEVABLY SOFT!!!!
* American Apparel black shiny leggings
* Velvet Angels Women’s Naked Lunch Wedge Bootieblack t-srap wedges {with socks} ….but how cute are these?!??!
* white gold hearts ring courtesy of LuShae Jewelry, wedding band and engagement rings, dark silver and black Swarovski crystal hoop earrings
* Tom Ford cat eye sunglasses …Only ivory left …but still cute!
* Salvatore Ferragamo hobo bag
* Hair: low messy side braid …a la Alexander Wang
* Title: Maroon 5 – lyrics from Give a Little More

I keep thinking how bored I am with all of my clothes and need to go shopping. And while that may be a tiny bit true, I am in dire need of cleaning out & re-organizing my closet …which will bring to life new creativity and new outfits. I never really fully finished it after moving in last January and here we are, almost to the New Year and I have yet to commit to the project and just do it. I keep thinking it will just happen on its own but obviously that is straight insanity. I think the majority of my procrastination has to do with not knowing exactly what to do with my closet and also having an entire room dedicated to my clothes and office is more overwhelming to decorate than one might think. Me especially. I was very excited about this space especially but for some reason I just refuse to do it. I think the idea in my head is so fabulous that I don’t want to be disappointed with the results. But likely, I won’t and I just need to do it!

Maegan, I have that same skirt from Gilt and I wore it a week ago and posted on my blog. I like how you styled it a little differently from me. I tucked something into it. It is gorgeous, isn’t it? xo

Love those shoes!! I just got some similar from Aldo that I have yet to wear, might this week, fun bootie wedges. You inspire as always love.

Also am relating to the closet organization thing, I almost feel like giving everything away and starting over hhaha I just want it to be simple and it is overwhelming me as of late. I wake up each day saying the same, I will organize, get stuff to sell and giveaway, but the days continue to pass me by.

This whole look is BAD! Not bad meaning BAD, but BAD meaning GOOD! I love it and I don’t even wear skirts.

And the shoes… can I just say you’ve shoplifted my soul with those. Those are vicious. Honeyyyyy!

I converted our guest room into my ladies dressing room, and I also still struggle with putting it together. I’m so scared I have to many ideas that I’ll overwhelm the space! The best plan for now may be to take everything out of your closet, and than put it back in. Take advantage of the extra space having your own room affords!

Cute! BUT dare I say-this might be the first look ever that I’m not totally feeling? I think it’ the long tank over the short skirt-only because I know what it looks like on me lol-so I’m not a fan.
Also-Uhh I think you need to host a online clothing sale!!! My girl over at the current boobies did and sold out fast!! Then donate a portion to some group or such!
Did you get my email about The Current Boobies other you tube channel The Current Custom and her great LA boots find? It’s Such a great DIY for you! (She bought that way-but hello you could so make them!) xo

Sequins for daytime always gets a thumbs up in my book.

I clean out and organize my closet a lot. I have to do it a lot because it never ever lasts. I try to keep things orderly, but then the laziness reappears, and so much for that.
