Man I love celebrity family reality shows, they’re my favorite kind to watch… and growing up in LA, I adore the shows filmed in my home city because I recognize all the locations and it gives me a little dose of home when I’m missing it so much like I have been lately.
With episodes airing Sundays at 9|8c only on E! the brand new reality series Stewarts & Hamiltons is my latest guilty pleasure. It follows the blended family of Alana Stewart and her actor ex-husband George Hamilton with focus on Kimberly Stewart and Sean Stewart from Alana’s marriage to rocker Rod Stewart, as well as Ashley Hamilton and George Hamilton Jr. and they’re already proving to be one of the quirkiest families in LA.
Inspired by Kimberly Stewart’s signature rock n’ roll LA style, I pulled my own look together to celebrate the new celebrity family show, and as an LA native, I had everything I needed within arm’s reach, naturally. Kimberly tends to wear a ton of black, likes neck scarves, blazers, and hats, and since I already have blonde hair with bangs, my inspired-look was pretty close to spot on… and I’m not going to lie, I’M LOVING IT!
FUN FACT: When I was in my early twenties and working at a little, but fabulous boutique at Sunset Plaza called Tracey Ross, Kimberly {and friends} would frequently come in after school to hang out and shop.
