* Title: Jonas Blue – Fast Car feat. Dakota… I actually love this remake of Tracy Chapman’s Fast Car… because I don’t have a problem with remakes at all, though the original version has so much emotion and soul that this one lacks a little BUT I still like the new one. Some people REALLY hate remakes… I love a new take on something old though. Like the new Ghostbusters movie… the all-female cast?!?!? I LITERALLY CANNOT WAIT TO SEE IT. Does it take away from the original movie? HELL NO! But the cast of women in the new movie look like a damn laugh riot and I love that shit. And it’s all just art really, and a new take on something that’s already great needs a little love too. Who cares anyway. People get really upset about it though, and I wonder why? It’s as if they themselves made the movie or wrote the song and are livid that anyone would take “their” work and destroy it or use it another way. I mean, I get THAT… but that’s not the case 🙂
