So let’s get real here… these puppies are ridiculously adorable, yes, yes, YES… but they are so much work and keep us on our toes all…day…LONG… all night…
I’m dying to get my DSLR camera out and take photos of the pups, but they’ve got us running around after them non-stop to be able to! I have managed to snap about 4000 photos on my iPhone, including a few videos, and have been sharing them via social media, so if you follow me anywhere else, you’ve probably already seen these… and as hard as I am trying to get my regular blog posting in, there is just no time right now.
I’ve lived in two different outfits this week, made entirely out of fleece, have walked around in wet pee-stained socks and pants, on my hands and knees, with paper towels and wipes in my hands cleaning up after them, and have been able to get in only two showers. YES THEY ARE THAT MUCH WORK! But oh so worth it!
They get up and go go go and then want to crawl up on me and crash on my lap… and once they do, I have a supremely difficult time moving them from my lap into their bed even knowing that sleep time is my only time to actually get anything done at all, but there they lay, so cute and sweet and how could I possibly move them?
LIKE LITTLE BUNNIES!!!
They do nap in their bed a few times a day, amidst pee parties and shit-splosions, and terrorizing each other and poor Bebop, who is just the best old pug on the planet and is patient as can be with them.
So yeah, it’s heaven and hell all in one.
