Completely Gratuitous Outfit Post

What I’m Wearing
* Vintage one shoulder red and black striped top …this was actually my mom’s. I’m pretty sure I have a pic of her in it holding me as a baby …note to self: must find later.
* BB Dakota Williams Skirt which reminds me a bit of Herve Leger and a bit like one I owned in the early 90’s. I won this super-fab skirt from StylePorn and …seen here
* Vintage blazer …seen here
* Christian Louboutin sling-back platform stilettos …seen seen here and here but this is the first time wearing them out of the house. I think I have stretched them enough to fit my foot …which doesn’t actually make them any easier to walk in. I feel like I’m going to break my ankle and I wear heels daily. How is it possible that this particular heel is that much harder to deal with? It must be the angle …and I refuse to be the woman who cannot walk in her shoes ..even though it’s much easier to just keep my knees bent or take tiny fast steps like Peg Bundy

. . .kind of wishing I was wearing these though

* Chanel Sunglasses circa 2005
* Ben Amun earrings …

    You look hot! Yeah, I cannot wear those Louboutin heels because they are too narrow for my feet…at least all the ones I have tried on are. Love the leopard print ones you posted.

    I love this outfit! That skirt is such a classic piece, I need to find one for myself.

    I always find slingbacks a little harder to walk in than anything else, no matter the height. It’s really a shame because there are so many cute ones out there.

    You’re so gorgeous that I just can say that it’s unfair! Absolutelly inspirational. I’ve been showing some blogs to my husband, and just yours made him say that the girl was amazing.

    And if you’re saying that it’s difficult to walk on these heels…I can’t imagine how difficult it really is.

    This was one of my favorites looks. So simple, so sexy!

    I have said that someday I will own a pair of Louboutins. I told my hubby that when I land that first big music contract, that is how I’m treating myself. =^) Which means I may never actually be able to come through with this promise.

    I also chuckled a little when I saw all three linkwithin photos are of you with your hand on your hair. =^)
