Outfits Style wearing my DIYs

Like a Grunge Fairytale… well, sort of

DIY slashed sweatshirt and long tattered maxi skirt in the snow

What I’m Wearing…

* DIY Slashed Sleeve Sweatshirt
* Vintage leopard print blouse layered beneath
* DIY Chiffon Flower Pouf Pin
* Vintage shredded maxi skirt… my mom made this in the ’70s for herself and it had a nice hem at one point, but I actually like it shredded like this, though it’s rather wrinkled at the moment.
* Gray/Blue bag by Rebecca Minkoff
* Snow boots {you can’t really see} by Crocs

* Coachella Nails Tutorial

It randomly snowed last week, which was beautiful and made for some really fun photos… and now it’s sunny and warm again and feeling like spring.

Normally I’d steam this skirt before wearing it… but the wrinkles added to the grungy feel I was going for. Though it’s not typically grunge, in pastels and leopard print, the slashes and shreds and wrinkles all give it that sort of look. It’s a bit much but was fun to wear 🙂
