Bedtime rituals… & all the things that help me sleep. 1. Yogi Tea bedtime 2. White Witch Parlour Tranquility oil (wrists/neck) 3. Jewel Scent lavender candle … Then reading / stretching / reading for about an hour & a half… Then 30 mins of hair/head rubbing from the husband in bed -if I’m lucky ☺️ and pink/red Howlite rocks in a vintage crystal dish to keep me asleep from Rafi and Josh. I have a jade plant too from my mom that supposedly aids in sleep as well, you just can’t see it. Then finally, sleep… hopefully.
Any healthy sleep recommendations or advice is greatly appreciated.

My wetsuit dress outfit post from last week.
After the heavy rain last weekend, we hiked and found the colors of nature bursting with life. This was a large tree brimming with purple flowers I had never seen before. They look more pink in the photo, but in reality, they were purple. Does anyone know what kind of tree/flowers they are?

Happy Socks sent me this adorably colorful matching polka dotted socks and underwear set and since it was National Underwear day, I thought I’d share. Man, there’s a “day” for everything now isn’t there? lol
