What I’m Wearing
* Victoria’s Secret khaki pants …I bought them 2 sizes too big so they’d fit like this.
* Simple white cotton henley also from Victoria’s Secret
* Thrifted soft and cozy sweater from The Limited
* Steve Madden suede pumps in blush ….love them {they are more of a faded mauve in person than a lavender, like in the photos}
* D&G gold watch, Rachel Roy drop earrings, various Noir stacking rings and Marc by Marc Jacobs statement necklace from a few years ago.
* Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 with vintage rabbit’s foot. {If I have enough time and/or patience in the morning before rushing out the door, I’ll switch purses. I’m happy if I just get the LV in brown tones swapped out for a black bag when I’m wearing light colors like this. This is why I like to buy simple bags that are classic, last a long time, and go with everything. I really can’t be bothered most of the time}
It was a soft and cozy outfit. Perfect for my uber-sleepy mood. I loved the neutrals in person but with the lack of sunlight, they didn’t photograph very well. Eh, you win some, you lose some.
I am dying to see this movie …which is where I got my title from, which is obviously a fantastic song …from the 80’s …and what this outfit reminded me of …yet I used different lyric from the same song for another outfit recently having nothing to do with the outfit and more to do with the song …which maybe just means, I’m in love with this song. And that concludes a long …run-on …sentence. Happy Wednesday …it’s almost Friday 😉
